We offer adult and children's dental services at 202 Bristlecone Drive. (next door to the Health District's main office, 120 Bristlecone Drive, in north Fort Collins)
Who's eligible?
The Family Dental Clinic serves residents of northern Larimer County who:
* Meet financial guidelines, and
* Have no insurance or are covered by Medicaid or CHP+ insurance.
If your income is low and your assets are limited, you still may qualify for dental care on a sliding-scale fee, even if you are not eligible for other programs such as Medicaid or food stamps. Client assistance funds are very limited and we do not have enough to help every one in need.
What services are available?
The Family Dental Clinic provides dental care that meets the patient's needs, including
* Full dentures
* Partial dentures
* Root canals
* Silver fillings
* Tooth-colored fillings
* We do not provide orthodontic care
It's important that patients are happy with their mouth and smile. That means relieving tooth pain, repairing broken teeth and providing good preventive care. A dentist determines the most appropriate care for each patient.
