Health Services, Inc. serves as a medical home and offers primary health care, preventive health services, and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. Services include medical, dentistry, pharmacy, and social services. Specialized services include family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology (except for Lister Hill Health Center location), WIC, and family planning services. Medicaid eligibility services are also available on site.

Eligibility:All persons are welcomed regardless of insurance status.
Hours:7:30 am-4:30 pm, Mon-Fri
Intake procedure:Call for appointment.
Fees:Sliding Scale
Languages:English and others with interpreters.
