A Touch of Love Foundation is an all volunteer non-profit with no paid positions of any kind. Our goal is to raise money to continue and increase the social service projects started by Wayne and Vicki Galler when they lived in India 1995-1999. This Sustainable Village Development work fosters long term independence through education and training. It includes medical, dental and pre and post natal care with food and nutritional supplements to give strength and vitality to the poor working to change their lives. The projects have expanded to include 50 schools in Northern Argentina, sponsor programs in Mar del Plata, Argentina, and rural development projects supported outside Accra, Ghana.
