Recent research has displayed that oral health is significantly associated with many health conditions. This company is working toward incorporating oral health into all health areas. Some examples are our Diabetes and Oral Health Project and our referral and tracking system for pregnant patients to see the dentist. Recently, an oral health needs assessment was done for the state of California, finding that there is an exceptionally high rate of cavities in young children. This clinic will be doing a dental day for early screening and education of children 0-5, and is also working on a fluoride varnish program in the future and creating open access for mothers to come in to the dentist to help overcome barriers to appropriate oral health care.

They welcome all private pay, full and partially insured, Medi-Cal and Medicare patients. Those without insurance, they offer a sliding fee scale based on income and family size to ensure that quality compassionate health care is readily accessible to everyone.
