Dental Clinic provides full service dental clinic offering routine and preventative services. These services include: cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, dentures and root canals.

Clinic hours: Monday-Friday
8am - 4:30pm (closed between 12p and 1p)

 

Emergency services to include extractions ONLY are on each Thursday from 8am - 3pm.
Emergency patients services are on a first come, first served basis.
Interested in becoming a new patient, schedule a new patient appointment, by calling on the first
business day of each month. There are 32 new patient appointments available each month.
If you are uninsured, we have a sliding scale program to minimize your healthcare costs. To
qualify for this assistance, please bring:
• photo identification
• two most recent paycheck stubs
• your most recent tax return or W-2, or
• a social services determination letter
• a statement of homelessness:
• Case managers (internal and from community) can provide this in order to waive
fees (if you have proof of no income as well) ONLY if you're currently in shelter or on
street or place not meant for habitation, and case manager feels comfortable with the
accuracy of true homelessness statement. In this instance, homelessness does NOT
count if doubled up.
