The Free Clinic of Rockingham County, Inc.
It is the mission of the Free Clinic to recognize the right of low income, uninsured citizens of Rockingham County to have access to health care that compassionately meets their basic medical, dental and pharmacy needs.

FCRC provides basic extractions, fillings, x-rays and occasional cleanings.
We do not offer crowns, root canals, or dentures.
You will be put on an existing waiting list for dental appointments.

Monday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Tuesday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Wednesday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Thursday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

New patients will not receive a medical or dental appointment on the same day as their eligibility screening.

Patients are re-screened for eligibility yearly based on their initial screening date.

- Reside in Rockingham County.
- Have no health insurance, including Medicaid or Medicare* (* may apply for dental services only).
- Have at least one qualified household member who is gainfully employed or receiving unemployment ( not to exceed 9 months) or disability.
- Fall under a certain financial income for your household size.

To determine eligibility, one must provide a recent bill, last year's IRS tax return (1040 with schedule C if filed, or 1040EZ), if a tax return has not been filed the clinic has a form to fill out stating no return was filed). Also bring W-2s, all sources of income for you and your spouse including current pay stubs, and a photo id and the previous month's bank statements (checking and savings).
