Services: Family practice, OB/GYN, pediatrics, nutrition education,and Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP). Medi-CalEligibility worker on site.
Our programs place a particular emphasis on the critical role of thefamily and respect for the identities and the well being of variousethnically diverse populations. We serve children and families,adolescents, mentally ill adults, homeless, and older adultpopulations.
Gardners health clinics provide services in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, French, and Russian.
Gardner accepts Medicare, Medi-Cal, Healthy Kids, Healthy Families.Sliding Scale fees are available for uninsured patients. We can assistwith Medi-Cal applications and other financial assistance programs.
