Project Vida is a Community Health non-profit organization. Although we are a non-profit clinic, we are not able to provide free services. Project Vida Dental Services offers a sliding scale discount based on patients' income and family size. Payment is expected at the time of service. Please call 915-313-9908 for an appointment to register with the Dental Clinic. Registration will determine the discount. The following items are needed to register with Dental Services:

Proof of Income
Proof of Residency (i.e. A Bill)
Social Security Card
Drivers' License or Other State Issued Picture ID
