Discounts are available for uninsured patients who complete the Dental Sliding Scale Application and submit proof of income at this dental facility. Many patients without dental insurance pay as little as $25 per visit. If you are not a current health center patient with an active sliding scale discount and do not have dental insurance, you must be approved for the sliding scale before your first appointment at this facility.
