This program is not 100% free but charges are nominal:

Dental Care (In-House)
Urgent Care: $10
Comprehensive Oral Evaluation: $20
Dental Hygiene: $15
Restorative, surgical, and rehabilitative procedures according to a fee schedule
Dental fees for adult patients are not waived.
